Report Form: Short-term Rentals

This form is part of a data collection effort for all Marion County Neighborhoods. The purpose is to document public safety and health concerns expressed by residents living near short-term property rentals. Short-term property rentals - including those offered by services such as AirBnb, VRBO, Wimdu, etc. - and only include residential properties that are rented for fewer than 30 days.

Important: This is a data collection effort by neighborhood and community groups to develop a strategy to address nuisance properties, negligent property management companies/owners, and advise city and state agencies. To report an immediate safety concern, please contact 911 or the Mayor's Action Center (https://www.indy.gov/agency/mayors-action-center).
